b) Purpose and legitimate base:
1. Send you our Newsletter that will contain commercial information about collections, discounts or invitations to events of TENDAM brands (Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield, Women'secret, Fifty ...) - Execution of the contract: Subscription.
At any time, you can stop receiving our Newsletter or oppose to sending commercial communications through the email dpo@tendam.es or the link of UNSUSCRIBE or similar that will accompany each commercial communication.
Your request will be processed in a period of approximately 72 hours, so during this time you may receive some commercial communication.
c) Data processed:
Data provided through the registration form and, in the case of Club members or with an ecommerce account, data derived from the development of our relationship (historical purchases and returns, e.g.) and inferred data.
d) Recipients:
TENDAM RETAIL SERVICES, S.A as a data processor together with other suppliers who will act under the instructions of TENDAM RETAIL.
e) International data transfers:
For the management of customer services such as CRM, data analytics and digital marketing TENDAM uses the services of different companies that can process data outside the European Union.
TENDAM will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that the provider applies a level of security equivalent to that required by European data standards.
f) Conservation period:
The newsletter will be sent until the moment you request your withdrawal. At that time, your data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies its blocking until the prescription of derivative actions.
