in-store returns are free and you can always return goods
within 30 days from receiving your order.
Normally, going back to physical stores is the quickest and most eco-friendly option.
Unfortunately shops are closed because of the latest lockdown, but don't forget you can still do returns online, following the same steps as usual.
If your returns period has passed and you haven't been able to return your order because the shop's closed due to pandemic restrictions, you can return your items up to 30 days after shops reopen.
If you're going to come to the store to return your goods, you don't have to do anything via the website.
Whenever you want to return anything, we recommend you to go to one of our shops in the same country where you made the purchase. Search for your favourite store here.
This is the quickest way to make a return,
And it's the most ecological.
The process is very simple, go to the store with the products you want to return and proof of purchase. You don't have to take a printed receipt, it's OK to show one on your mobile phone. In this way you are helping us to take care of the environment.
If you are going to go to the store to return goods, you don't need to process your returns online and remember in-store returns are always free.
You can also make returns via the website. Remember that if you are going to return goods in the store, this step is not necessary.

If you bought as a guest, you can access returns using the link you will find in the e-mails we have sent you.
When you have selected the items you wish to return and entered the return, you will need to arrange collection of your order with a carrier and send it to us at the address indicated on the website.
Pack all your items into a single parcel and stick the label provided by the carrier on the outside. Whenever possible, we recommend that you use the package in which you received your order using the second adhesive strip to seal it. In this way we can avoid generating more waste.
Once we have received the products returned in the warehouse, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used.
Goods may not be exchanged; you will have to return the item and make a new purchase.
