Would you prefer another colour? Although we hope you like everything you buy,
in-store returns are free and you can always return goods
within 30 days from receiving your order.

If you have purchased as a registered customer, log in and you can request returns​
in the "My orders" section. ​

If you bought as a guest, you can access returns using the link you will find in the e-mails​
we have sent you. ​

When you have selected the items you wish to return and entered the return, you will need to arrange​
collection of your order with a carrier and send it to us at the address indicated on the website. ​

Pack all your items into a single parcel and stick the label provided by the carrier on the outside.​
Whenever possible, we recommend that you use the package in which you received your order, ​
using the second adhesive strip to seal it. In this way we can avoid generating more waste.​
​Once we have received the products returned in the warehouse, you will receive a refund via the same ​
payment method you used.

Goods may not be exchanged; you will have to return the item and make a new purchase.
