There are two ways to join the club:

 

•        Via our website: Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of our website and follow the steps to sign up.

•        In stores: You can become a member at any of our Springfield stores.  Ask any of our store staff.

Log in to your account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.

In stores, you can identify yourself as a member by showing the barcode in the My Account > View Membership Card section of the website or by providing your personal details to an employee at checkout.

 

Every time you make a purchase, you will accumulate more Springfield Money in your member account: 3% for €100 in accumulated purchases, 5% for accumulated purchases from €150 to €249,99 and 7% for €250 or more.

At myspringfield.com, we have our own High Spirits brand and a selection of guest brands where you can also accumulate your purchases and redeem your Springfield Money. You can also find the High Spirits collection at our stores in Spain. Check it out here.

In the My Account section, you will be able to see the SPRINGFIELD MONEY that you have available as well as your membership level and corresponding benefits.

 

In addition, any of our stores can provide you with information about your SPRINGFIELD MONEY available at checkout.

You can check your purchase balance by going to My Account > Springfield Club, where you will find a table with all the latest information.

You can use it whenever you want, but you must always use all of it, so your purchase must cost the same or more than your Springfield Money balance.

Your Springfield Money is valid for six months and will then expire if it hasn’t been used.

 

Remember that you can check your Springfield Money balance and the expiry date on your receipts or in the My Account section of our website.

Visit My Account > Personal Information on our website to quickly and easily change your information. You can also write us an email at online@spf.com.

If you would like to return an item purchased with Springfield Money, the Springfield Money will be refunded immediately as follows: the Springfield Money discount was applied across all items on your receipt, so a proportional refund for the returned item will be credited to your member account.

 

For example, if you redeemed €6 of Springfield Money on your purchase and bought 3 items (if they were all the same price), €2 would be credited back to your member account.

The Springfield Money used in the purchase is distributed among all the items on the receipt, and a proportional refund of the amount corresponding to the returned item is applied by crediting the member’s account.

 

If the Springfield Money used for the purchase has expired during the return period, it will not be refunded.

Yes, gift cards work just like any other item of clothing, so you can accumulate your purchase without any issues. However, please remember that in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the programme, you cannot purchase a gift card by redeeming your Springfield Money.
